The project required a highly efficient, Part L-compliant installation tailored for multi-unit modern living, prioritising renewable energy, advanced ventilation, and robust water safety systems.

Renewable Heating & Hot Water Systems
Heat Pump Technology
Supplied and installed high-efficiency 6kW Hisense Air-to-Water heat pumps across the units.
Integrated Storage
Paired the systems with 230-litre integrated cylinder units to ensure consistent, energy-efficient domestic hot water.
Space-Saving Installation
Securely wall-mounted all outdoor heat pump units to maximise ground-level space and aesthetic cleanliness.
Advanced Mechanical Ventilation
Air Quality Management
Supplied and installed premium Renson Mechanical Extract Ventilation (MEV) units.
Smart Controls
Fully integrated the ventilation networks with dedicated thermostats for optimal indoor climate control and humidity management.
Centralized Water Services & Fail-Safe Plumbing
Boosted Water Infrastructure
Supplied and installed all Main Water Services (MWS), hot, cold, soil, vent, and wastewater pipework networks.
Pressure & Storage Solutions
Fitted a 300-litre boosted cold water storage box to ensure strong, balanced water pressure to all apartments.
Fail-Safe Design
Engineered and installed a mains water bypass system directly to the pump. This guarantees uninterrupted water supply to residents in the event of a pump failure or local power outage.
Space Heating, Radiators & Controls
Zoned Heating Distribution
Completed full installation of heating pipework, including the second fixing of advanced manifolds.
Heat Emitters
Supplied and fitted high-output steel radiators across all living spaces.
Control Systems
Supplied and commissioned all central heating controls and room thermostats for precision zone scheduling and maximum energy savings.
Sanitary Ware & Fit-Out
First & Second Fix Plumbing
Managed the 1.5-fix and final second-fix installation of all high-quality bathroom sanitary ware.
Kitchen Connections
Installed all kitchen sinks, including dedicated plumbing and waste connections for washing machines.
